    Vice President, Sales & Marketing

    Jay is a Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He is responsible for marketing and client service of HGK’s investment strategies to institutional clients.

    Jay joined HGK in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

  • Matthew Witschel

    National Accounts

    Matthew Witschel is the Director of National Accounts, responsible for national account sales, development, and client service. Matt joined HGK in 2009, with over ten years of sales management experience. Prior to joining HGK, he held sales management positions at J&W Seligman and Alliance Bernstein.

    Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers University.

  • Joseph Caretti


    Joseph Caretti is a Director of Sales & Marketing, responsible for marketing HGK’s investment strategies to institutional clients nationwide. Joe joined HGK in 2011, with over 10 years of industry experience.

    Joseph attended Adrian College and Wayne State University.

    Senior Performance Analyst

    John Pendergast is the Senior Performance Analyst on HGK’s Sales and Client Service team. He has been with the Firm since 2013.

    John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Pace University.
